Resumen: El autor aborda lo que hoy se conoce como Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos haciendo un análisis histórico desde su origen en la segunda posguerra del siglo XX hasta la actualidad. A los fines de su estudio, estima fundamental dividirlo en tres etapas muy bien diferenciadas. La primera etapa se conforma por la aprobación de las Declaraciones de Derechos Humanos, en los cuales, si bien no hubo acuerdo sobre el fundamento de estos, sí lo hubo sobre su importancia.
Abstract: This paper analizes historically Human Rights Law, beginning whit its origin after the World War II in the 20th century to the present day. In orden to achieve the purpose of the analysis, it takes into account three differentiated stages in international human rights law development. The first stage began with the declarations of human rights, where although there was no consensus upon their basis, there was consensus upon their importance.
