En las últimas décadas, América Latina ha experimentado transformaciones profundas en sus estructuras socioeconómicas y territoriales, destacándose las interacciones dinámicas entre las áreas urbanas y rurales. Estas dinámicas surgen como consecuencia de una compleja interacción, que se encuentra condicionada también por políticas estatales que tienen impactos directos en diversos ámbitos: económico, social, cultural y en la planificación territorial, que en última instancia se refleja en la configuración del territorio expresado en sus dinámicas y formas de asentamiento. Este seminario internacional surge como propuesta a la necesidad de analizar, discutir y profundizar estas cuestiones, reuniendo a investigadores expertos interesados en enriquecer el debate sobre el futuro del relacionamiento entre áreas urbanas y rurales en Latinoamérica.
The overall goal of this work is to present the results of the first stage of the drone survey and displaying of georeferenced information for the construction of a geographic information system (GIS) for the Industrial District of the Municipality of Tres Arroyos. To open digitized and accessible information is useful to make management activity transparent. On the other hand, it represents an innovative impact for the urban planning of the Municipality and the management of the infrastructure and services in the Industrial District, which constitutes a relevant aspect of Buenos Aires' originality. Based on the stated requirement, a drone survey was carried out and results in an orthomosaic image. Using the previous image, the parcels were digitized and gives a first layer of georeferenced objects. In a subsequent substage we proceeded to validate the references of the digitized objects and finally the publication of the data on the web, where each substage included quality assurance and control. As future work, the development of a Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI) is expected, which deployment will allow the update of the database, industrial data integration with the municipality’s data and the subsequent quantitative analysis as well as the capabilities for adding new data layers.
