Descripción: En este artículo se trata el proceso de enmarcamiento de la Acción Colectiva de Protesta de la Confederación de Trabajadores de la Economía Popular (CTEP) de Córdoba durante el período 2016-2017. Mediante el análisis de declaraciones públicas y materiales producidos por la organización se explica cómo se ha desarrollado la construcción de marcos de antagonismo, necesidades, sujetos y causas que han permitido a esa organización sostener la movilización a lo largo del tiempo. De esta Forma la CTEP Córdoba ha logrado articular las dimensiones de clase social y condición social en el significante trabajador de la Economía Popular, como una articulación de lo heterogéneo del sujeto que aspira a representar. En ese sentido neoliberalismo y ajuste aparecen como las causas de la exclusión de los trabajadores de la Economía Popular, personificando en el Estado al causante y construyéndolo antagonista y sujeto a quién dirigen sus demandas. This article talks about the framing process of the Collective Action (as a mobilization protest) carried out by Cordoba’s Confederation of Popular Economy Workers (CTEP), between 2016-2017. By analyzing public declarations and written material [RR1] made by the organization, it is explained how the construction of the frameworks of antagonism, needs, social subjects and causes has developed, taking into account how these frameworks have allowed the organization to hold the mobilization protest over time. In this way, the CTEP has been able to articulate the domains of social class and social condition into the signifier Popular Economy Worker, considering this as the articulation of the subject’s heterogeneity to be represented. In this sense, structural adjustement and neoliberalism appear to be the causes for the exclusion of the Popular Economy Workers, being the State personified as the originator of the causes, as well as the antagonist and the subject to whom all demands are addressed. --
