Cuando pensamos en el ámbito de las nuevas Relaciones Internacionales destacan nuevos actores y nuevas miradas teóricas que buscan dar cuenta de hechos allí donde el Estado se halló limitado. El constructivismo se ha revelado como una figura central en este sentido. Este trabajo se propone exponer dos aportes sustanciales dentro de dicho enfoque: el de Alexander Wendt y el de Nicholas Onuf. When we think of the sphere of the new International Relations, new actors and new theoretical perspectives stand out that seek to account for facts where the State was limited. Constructivism has emerged as a central figure in this regard. This paper intends to expose two substantial contributions within this approach: Alexander Wendt and Nicholas Onuf
