This paper shows the description of the development of the Augmented Reality Card System for Emergency Medical Services (ARCSEMS). The aim of this system is to speed up assistance time and facilitate a person's relevant medical data in an emergency that has taken place on the street. Its use is focused within the context of the social web (currently called web 2.0) within the frame of augmented reality, allowing both the civilian population and medical staff to use this tool.
