Esporte educacional e os procedimentos metodológicos para o autodomínio emocional

Studies on the human mind have allowed the development of emotional self-mastery throughout the civilizing process. As part of the evolutionary process, historical maturation can be shaped from learning. The objective of this study was to identify the methodological procedures during the teaching-learning process that provide the development of emotional self-mastery in adolescents. In this perspective, the theoretical-historical for the control of the emotions of Elias and the theory of the emotional intelligence of Goleman were used. The present study is not based on a type of cross-sectional bibliographical research. The research was carried out in the Portal of Periodicals of CAPES, using the following terms: empathy in the classroom, self-control in the classroom, empathy and sports education and self-control and sports education. These were analyzed and compared with each other through an analysis matrix. Predominant emotional aptitudes were identified and, consequently, teaching-learning methodologies that provide the development of the emotional race track. It was possible to conclude that, as the teacher breaks the look of the background and helps the student be a part of the teaching-learning process, this moves away from the purely technical and tactical work, turning the inherent sport values real.
Os estudos sobre a mente humana permitiram compreender o desenvolvimento do autodomínio emocional ao longo do processo civilizatório. Como parte do processo evolutivo, o amadurecimento emocional pode ser moldado a partir da aprendizagem. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi identificar os procedimentos metodológicos utilizados durante o processo de ensino-aprendizagem que proporcionam o desenvolvimento do autodomínio emocional em adolescentes. Nesta perspectiva utilizamos como aporte teórico a teoria do controle das emoções de Elias e a teoria da inteligência emocional de Goleman. O presente estudo fundamenta-se no tipo de pesquisa bibliográfica de caráter transversal. A pesquisa foi realizada no Portal de Periódicos da CAPES, utilizando os seguintes termos: empathy in the classroom, self-control in the classroom, empathy and education sport e self-control and education sport. Os artigos foram analisados e comparados entre si através de uma matriz de análise. Por fim, identificamos as aptidões emocionais predominantes e, consequentemente, as metodologias de ensino-aprendizagem que proporcionam o desenvolvimento ao autodomínio emocional. Foi possível concluir que, à medida que o professor rompe com o olhar somente para o conteúdo e passa a enxergar o aluno no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, este transpassa o trabalho destinado puramente a técnica e a tática, efetivando os valores inerentes ao esporte.
