- Descripción
- Argentina is the second largest country in Latin America with relatively complete industrial sectors and developed agriculture and animal husbandry. China and Argentina are comprehensive strategic partners. Over the past 50 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, China and Argentina have respected each other, treated each other as equals, supported each other on issues of their core interests and major concerns, and the relations between the two countries have withstood the test of international vicissitudes and witnessed healthy and steady development. Practical cooperation between the two countries has been smoothly promoted, and traditional friendship has been sublimated through solidarity to fight against COVID 19. Both sides adhere to multilateralism, oppose interference in the internal affairs of other countries, and safeguard the fairness and justice of the international community and the common interests of developing countries. At present, Argentina is China's sixth largest trading partner in Latin America, and China is Argentina's second largest trading partner in the world. The cooperation between China and Argentina in various fields such as investment and financing, energy and mining, electricity, science and technology, education and people to people exchange is constantly deepening with a promising future. Social science research reveals the law of economic and social development and plays a significant role in promoting a country's development and prosperity and the well being of the people. Faced with challenges such as de globalization and the impact of COVID 19, social science research is urgently required to study and answer a series of important questions. With a good foundation of cooperation, China and Argentina have the condition and necessity to strengthen institutional exchanges in the field of social sciences so as to enhance consensus and advance the common development of both countries. This book reviews the evolution of social sciences in China and Argentina, analyzes the development status of both countries around important issues, and makes suggestions for strengthening bilateral cooperation. 2022 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Argentina, and mutual learning in the field of social sciences will actively create synergy between the development strategies of the two countries and promote the China Argentina comprehensive strategic partnership to a higher level.
