Los sin-comunidad. Sobre parias y nómades

El presente trabajo pretende indagar sobre los conceptos de paria en Hannah Arendt y de nómade en Gilles Deleuze, inscriptos en el marco general de la problemática de los Derechos del Hombre y su posterior reformulación como Derechos Humanos. Ambos pensadores brindan aportes claves en los debates políticojurídicos contemporáneos y nos convidan a pensar en torno de las evaluaciones teórico-fácticas de estos conceptos. Asimismo, sus posiciones parecen ubicarse en los márgenes de las formulaciones teóricas que han consolidado los mismos, en tanto éstas han puesto de manifiesto sus insuficiencias en algunos de los momentos políticos decisivos del siglo XX. Por ello, indagaremos el alcance del concepto de paria en Arendt, considerado el más importante antecedente de fisura jurídico-política al interior de los Derechos del Hombre, y lo pondremos en debate con el concepto deleuzeano de nómade. La hipótesis que guía nuestra investigación es la distancia teórica que promueve el francés al pensar el nómade no sólo en términos políticos sino existenciales. De esta manera, parecería que tuerce su sentido político y lo co-implicaría con su perspectiva estética, cuya deriva constituiría los primeros trazos para una alternativa de vida individual y colectiva.
This article aims at investigating the concepts of pariah in Hannah Arendt and of nomad in Gilles Deleuze, considered in the general framework of the issue of the Rights of Man and the subsequent reformulation as Human Rights. Both thinkers provide key contributions in contemporary political and legal debates and invite us to think about the theoretical and factual assessments of these concepts. Likewise, their positions seem to fall in the margins of the theoretical formulations that have bound them, as they have demonstrated their inadequacies in some decisive political moments of the XXth century. Therefore, we will investigate the scope of the concept of pariah in Arendt, considered the most important antecedent of legal and political breach within the Rights of Man, and put it in discussion with the Deleuzian concept of nomad. The hypothesis guiding our research work is the theoretical distance stated by the French philosopher when he thinks the nomad not only in political but existential terms. Thus, he seems to twist the political sense of the nomad and to make it co-extensive of the aesthetic perspective, the consequence of which would offer the first outlines for an alternative of individual and collective life.
