La representación detrás del concepto jurídico de persona en el ordenamiento jurídico argentino

Este trabajo reflexiona sobre la constitución metafórica del concepto jurídico de persona como elemento vinculado a las máscaras teatrales y a los roles sociales y, a partir de allí, se aboca a pensar cuál es la imagen concreta que viene a la mente de los usuarios del término. Ello, por cuanto incide en la atribución de derechos y obligaciones. Finalmente, se presentan diferentes casos que han sido o son problemáticos en la definición del concepto. El trabajo se basa en el caso argentino.
This paper reflects on the metaphorical essence of the legal concept of person as an element linked to ancient theatrical masks and social roles. Departing from this idea, it aims to think about the image that is behind the word and that comes to mind when someone uses it. This, for it has impact on the attribution of rights as well as obligations. Finally, some cases that challenge the legal concept of person are mentioned. This essay is based on the Argentinean legal system.
