Tucumán fue una de las provincias argentinas donde la enfiteusis fue aplicada en el siglo XIX a la tierra pública. La experiencia fue breve, porque se prefirió la venta. Este trabajo expone el marco legal de la institución y algunos casos de su aplicación.
Tucuman was one of the argentine provinces where the emphyteusis was applied during the 19th century to the public land. The experience was short, because it was prefered the sale. This work expose the legal frame of the institution and some cases of its application.
