La postura de Judith Butler en torno al problema del reconocimiento humano: Reelaboraciones y debates con Hegel y Honneth

Este artículo muestra la perspectiva de Butler en torno al problema del reconocimiento humano, sobre la base de sus reelaboraciones y debates con Hegel y Honneth, respectivamente. Para ello, en primer lugar, se revisa el tratamiento del tema en Hegel y la particular reinterpretación butleriana de la dialéctica de Señor y Siervo. En segundo lugar, se analiza un debate con Honneth, en el cual Butler contraargumenta apoyada sobre la categoría de dependencia. Por último, se discurre en torno a la postura de Butler sobre el reconocimiento humano en Marcos de guerra (2009). La hipótesis que enmarca este escrito es que, en su diálogo crítico con los dos filósofos alemanes, es posible anticipar la posterior construcción de su propia noción de reconocimiento humano, sostenida en las categorías de corporalidad y dependencia.
This article presents Butler's perspective on the problem of human recognition, based on her reworkings and debates with Hegel and Honneth, respectively. To do this, firstly, we review the treatment of the subject in Hegel and, also, Butler's particular reinterpretation of the dialectic of lord and bondsman. Secondly, we analyze a debate with Honneth where Butler counter-argues based on the category of dependency. Finally, we discuss Butler's stance on human recognition in Frames of War (2009). The hypothesis framing this text is that, in her critical dialogue with the two German philosophers, it is possible to anticipate the subsequent construction of her own notion of human recognition, supported by the categories of corporeality and dependency.
