En este artículo se analizan las construcciones multiverbales en mapudungun. En primer lugar se presenta el marco teórico y luego se exponen las características tipológicas de esta lengua patagónica. A continuación, se revisan brevemente las construcciones seriales verbales ya analizadas en distintas oportunidades, y se continúa con aquellas cuyos verbos han iniciado un proceso de gramaticalización. Luego se examinan las que presentan verbos dependientes y por último, aquellas que ya han gramaticalizado un verbo, el cual en alguna etapa evolutiva había formado parte de una construcción multiverbal.
In this paper multi-verb constructions in Mapudungun are analysed. In first place, the theoretical frame is presented and then the typological characteristics of this Patagonian language are exhibited. Next, serial verb constructions that have already being examined in previous works are briefly looked over and those whose verbs have initiated a process of grammaticalization are considered in detail. Afterwords, the constructions that present dependent verbs are examined and, finally, those that have grammaticalized a verb, which in a certain evolutive stage have constituted a multi-verb construction.
