Sobre la utilidad y el perjuicio de la historia (y el devenir) para la criminología

En este trabajo intentaremos eludir el estilo convencional de pensar a la criminología, para lo cual dejaremos atrás algunas discusiones académicas tradicionales.Con este objetivo distinguiremos un uso mayor de un uso menor de dicha criminología. De allí que realizaremos, en primer término, un breve acercamiento a los realismos dederecha y de izquierda, señalando objeciones acerca de ambos. Posteriormente retomaremos el debate sobre la ciencia, pensándolo en función de la historia y el devenir criminólogo. En último lugar, exhumaremos algunos aportes que nos permitan aseverar que hay algo en la criminología menor que aún no ha sido neutralizado por la mayor.
In this article we will try to avoid the conventional style of criminological thinking, for which we will leave behind some traditional academic discussions. To do this, we will distinguish a major use from a minor use of said criminology. With this objective we will first make a brief approach to right-wing and left-wing realism, pointing out objections about both. Later we will return to the debate on science, thinking about it in terms of history and the future of criminology. Lastly, we will exhume some contributions that allow us to assert that there is something in minor criminology that has not yet been neutralized by major criminology.
