El propósito de este trabajo es realizar un aporte al dossier dedicado a la lectura foucaulteana del liberalismo y el neoliberalismo. Lo haremos por medio de la revisión del modo en que el filósofo problematiza la imbricación entre la formación de la economía política y la constitución del liberalismo como racionalidad de gobierno. En ese sentido, pondremos el foco de lectura en el modo en que Foucault lleva a cabo una crítica política del saber económico en su genealogía acerca de las formas de reflexión respecto de cómo gobernar que constituyen la matriz de la gubernamentalidad moderna y contemporánea.
The aim of this work is to make a contribution to the dossier dedicated to the Foucaultean reading of liberalism and neoliberalism. We will do it through the revision of the way in which the philosopher problematizes the imbrication between the formation of the political economy and the constitution of liberalism as government rationality. In this sense, we will focus on the way in which Foucault carries out a political critique of economic knowledge in his genealogy about the forms of reflection on how to govern that constitute the matrix of modern and contemporary governmentality
