The article aims to discuss, from a historical-anthropological perspective, the representations that, in recent times, have permeated the activation of the motto “God, homeland, and family” by a portion of the Brazilian population. Based on journalistic contente published throughout 2022, the purpose of the discussion is to highlight some componentes of conservative moral gramar that, amid one of the fiercest political-ideological polarizations in history, gives na electoral dispute the contours of a spiritual battle in terms of a war of Good Against Evil.
