Movimientos sociales y kirchnerismo: el caso de la Organización Barrial Tupac Amaru (2003-2015)

Durante las últimas dos décadas, las teorías acerca de movimientos sociales en América Latina se han volcado a interpretar los complejos vínculos con las esferas políticas institucionales, en relación con las transformaciones sociales y políticas atravesadas por los estados nacionales, los partidos políticos y la participación ciudadana en general a través de sus diversas organizaciones durante la transición democrática.Uno de los casos que permite problematizar estas dimensiones en la nueva coyuntura regional, es el de la Organización Barrial Tupac Amaru, un movimiento social y político que se originó hacia finales de la década de los noventa en la ciudad de San Salvador de Jujuy (Argentina). A la luz de este caso, se pretende dar cuenta de las transformaciones en el régimen político de gobierno en la Argentina, durante la última década, a la par de los cambios manifestados en la movilización social del país y la región.
During the last two decades, the theories on latin-american social movements have been interpreting the complex relations between these movements and the political institutional spheres, in connection with the social and political transformations of the national states, the political parties, and the citizens' participation through their diferent organizations during the transition to democracy. One of the collective action cases that offers the posibility to introduce these dimentions in the new regional conjuncture is the Organización Barrial Tupac Amaru, a social and political movement initiated at the end of the 20th century in San Salvador de Jujuy (Argentina). In light of this case, the objective is to account for the transformations in the political regime of the Argentinian government during the last decade, in paralell with the changes manifested in the social movilization of the country and the region.
