Buscamos aquí explicitar los desarrollos en torno al tema de la maternidad y de la gestación de la filósofa argentina Lucía Piossek Prebisch a partir de su escrito: “Aislamiento y comunicación…” (1966), en términos de una fenomenología de la maternidad. Nuestro objetivo consiste en rastrear varias presentaciones sobre esta temática realizadas por la filósofa y posteriormente publicadas entre los años 1960 y 1980 y hasta 2015, destacando las implicancias conceptuales en sus escritos, el vínculo con la fenomenología y las continuaciones que permitiría su pensamiento. En este sentido, nuestra hipótesis es que las tesis de Piossek Prebisch constituyen un antecedente fundamental dentro del campo de la fenomenología de la maternidad, no solo por lo temprano de su aparición, sino, y sobre todo, por la profundidad y originalidad de su pensamiento.
We seek here to make explicit the developments around the phenomenology of motherhood and gestation of the Argentine philosopher Lucía Piossek Prebisch, starting from her writing: “Isolation and communication...” (1966). Our aim is to trace several presentations on this subject made by the philosopher and subsequently published between 1960 and 1980 and up to 2015, highlighting the conceptual implications in her writings, the link with the phenomenological tradition and the further implications of her thought. In this sense, our hypothesis is that Piossek Prebisch's theses constitute a fundamental antecedent within the field of the phenomenology of motherhood, not only because of their early appearance, but, above all, because of the depth and originality of her thought.
